The project is a proposal for a three-story residential building (the ground floor and first floor are intended for rental purposes; the second and third floors are for private use). Regarding the layout of the landings, the ground floor and first floor contain two-bedroom apartments, the second floor contains the owners’ sleeping and private areas, while the third floor contains the daytime and public areas with a terrace for enjoying the sun. The project also includes parking spaces and an outbuilding with a guardhouse for security purposes. The design of this building follows a soft contemporary approach, featuring horizontal and vertical linear patterns, strip windows, and frames around these windows. All of this is done with the aim of promoting horizontality and verticality in our project.
