1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. Requests submitted after 30 calendar days will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order receipt.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products or engineering designs.
  • Perishable or consumable items.
  • Digital products or downloadable electronic software/blueprints once accessed.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order details along with clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.
  3. We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs for defective or wrongly shipped items and provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective/Damaged Goods or Seller Error: Free return shipping (covered by ACCREG).
  • Customer Change of Mind / Customer Preference: The customer is responsible for paying actual return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Reach out to our customer support team or submit a message through our official Contact Us Page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will issue a return authorization along with instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping carrier.

6. Refund Process & Timeframe

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the package and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please check your bank account or contact your card issuer first, then reach out to our support team at info@accregltd.org.

7. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.
